Odisha State Scholarship Portal is an e-governance scholarship portal of Odisha Government. Under this portal there are various departments like Higher Education, SC/ST Development Department, Labor & ESI Skill & Technical Education Department, Agriculture Department. An applicant can apply through the Orissa State Scholarship Portal for various scholarship programs under all these departments as per their eligibility.

Odisha Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
