Through this scholarship program, Gujarat Government provides scholarships to students through various welfare and development departments to sustain the educational progress of students from financially backward families through the portal digitalgujarat.gov.in. The Last date of Digital Gujarat Scholarship for 2023-24 Academic year (AY) is March 31, 2024.

The application process of any department’s scholarship is done online through the portal digitalgujarat.gov.in. Digital Gujarat Scholarship Form means the form that students need to fill online to participate in a particular welfare or development department’s scholarship program after registration and login to the official portal of Digital Gujarat. Through this scholarship, the SC, ST, SEBC, EBC category student receives various types of assistance in studying such as Tuition Coaching Assistance, Food Bill Assistance, Educational Assistance, Instrument Assistance, etc. Students can participate in the scholarship program before the last date March 31, 2024. Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2024 Registration

To apply for scholarship on digital gujarat portal first of all we have to complete digital gujarat registration process by going to digital Gujarat’s official portal digitalgujarat.gov.in. To complete the registration process we must follow the following steps.

1. Go to the above mentioned portal (digitalgujarat.gov.in)
2. Click on  Citizen Login / Registration
3. Now again click on New Registration (Citizen)
4. Now a registration form will open
5. Enter your mobile, email, password, and captcha code
6. Next click on save
7. You will get a 4-digit OTP in your registered mobile number
8. Enter the OTP and verify to complete the registration

When an applicant completes the registration process @ digitalgujarat.gov.in with their registered phone number or email id, they should note the password they generate because it will be required later in the login process. Lets check how to log in at digital Gujarat portal.

Digital Gujarat scholarship Form fill up process 2024

The first step to be taken while filling up the Digital Gujarat Scholarship form is to complete and update our profile by going to My Profile in the portal after logging in as a citizen. After that the process is as follows

1. To update your My profile first upload photo, fill Personal Information (applicant name, father’s name, date of birth) then Present address and parmanent address (District, Taluka, Rural or Urban, Village name) etc
2. You will receive an otp while saving the profile update.
3. Now go to Services then click on Scholarship Services
4. Now choose the department according to your caste
5. Select Financial Year (FY) and proceed
6. Choose the scholarship category you want to apply and click on Continue To Service
7. Fill registration details that matchs aadhaar card details and verify aadhaar. Also enter caste, marital status, category, annual family income, day scholar or hosteler status, hostel type, habitation type, household category in the registration field. Now Save and next.
8. Then check your aadhaar card is linked with your bank account and validate that. The fetching process is done by NPCI server. You can see the status of NPCI in the NPCI details. Check the bank acccount details like Account number, account holder name, IFSC code, branch name etc. Then save and next
9. Enter your present academic details like admission type, fees, university enrollment number, present course type, present course name, course session, institute address, present course start date and likely completion date, place of study and also enter previous academic details. Then click save and next
10. Disabled detais (if applicable)
11. Upload documents like caste certificate, income certificate, bank passbook’s front page, class 10 marksheet, present course admission fee receipt, class 12 marksheet, school leaving certificate, hostel certificate, break gap affidavit, disabled certificate, LWP certificate, marriage certificate in jpg/jpeg/pdf format.
12. Browse and upload your passport size photo in jpg, jpeg format
13. You can also check applicable service list according to your provided information
