Eligibility Requirement for Har Chhatravratti Scholarship

There are some eligibility criteria you must check before apply for Har chhatravratti. Those criteria are as follows.

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana State.
• Applicant must have PPP Family ID i.e. Parivar Pehchan Patra.
• Applicants who are permanent residents of Haryana State but studying outside Haryana State, can also apply in this scholarship scheme.

• State Merit Scholarship (UG/PG): Any category of students studying in Government, Govt aided or SFC institutes for undergraduate or post graduate courses can apply for State Merit Scholarship.
• Lower Income Group Scheme: Any category students studying in Govt, Govt aided or SFC institute type, they can apply for Lower Income Group Scheme.

Har Chhatravratti Scholarship Login

Before login to har chhatravratti scholarship portal, the most important thing for new students is to complete the registration. Because if they don’t complete the registration they will not get user id and password. For that we need to register first and then login. Also two more important things we need to note is that the applicant must have aadhar seeded bank account in his own name to get the benefit of the scholarship and the applicant must have parivar pehchan patra i.e. PPP for availing the benefit of this scholarship.

1. First of all the student has to visit the official website https://harchhatravratti.highereduhry.ac.in.
2. Then the student has to navigate to the student registration option from student.
3. Then the student has to enter his PPP ID and search.
4. Now the list of members of that PPP family ID can be seen and from there select the name of the applicant and generate OTP by clicking on generate OTP.
5. Then an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and that OTP has to be verified.
6. Once the OTP is verified, a registration form will open and according to applicant’s family ID ie PPP ID, the details of the applicant can be seen in the registration form.
7. After that the applicant has to select his/her institution and department correctly and create a new password.
8. Once the password is created, finally the applicant has to click on the register option and after this is done the applicant will get the user id.
