Nabanna scholarship program has no last date so interested applicants can easily apply online for this scholarship program through the official portal of West Bengal Government cmrf.wb.gov.in. But applicants must be a permanent resident of West Bengal. Students must studying in secondary, higher secondary, under graduate course or its equivalent courses to get the scholarship. Eligibility of Nabanna Scholarship
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal State.
- The applicant’s school, college, institute must be under a recognized council, board or university of West Bengal State.
- Applicant’s annual family income must be under Rs 1.20 lakh.
- For secondary, higher secondary and graduate level the applicant must have obtained average marks between minimum 50% to maximum 60%.

Nabanna Scholarship Online Apply
- The applican must first visit the official portal cmrf.gov.in of chief Ministers Relief Fund to apply for Nabanna Scholarship.
- Then the applicant should select Apply for Financial Assistance for Education.
- For new applicants, they have to select the sign up option. Then the applicant has to enter his mobile number and register his mobile number through OTP verification.
- In the next step the applicant has to generate a new password and complete the registration process by clicking on the sign up button by solving the captcha.
- Once the registration process is completed, the applicant has to login to his dashboard again by entering his previously provided registered phone number, password and captcha.
- In the next step, the applicant has to enter his basic details such as name of the applicant, name of his guardian, relationship of the beneficiary applicant with the guardian, active email id address, date of birth, roll number of class 10 i.e. secondary admit roll number, category of the applicant, district, pin code, Family Income, Income Certificate Issuing Authority, and finally he has to click on submit option.
- After clicking on the submit option, an applicant can see the registration number of his application, which he needs to note down on a paper.
- Then click on the next option to proceed to the next step.
- Here the applicant has to first select whether he is getting any stipend or financial assistance under Kanyashree or any SC, ST or OBC scheme.
- Then the applicant has to select his present course of study, present institute and board. After that the applicant has to select the Last Qualified Exam, Passing Year, Board/Council/University and Percentage of Marks.
- Then the applicant has to provide his bank details like Bank Name, Bank Account Number, IFSC Code etc. And then the applicant has to click on the submit option to proceed to the next step.
- Now the applicant has to upload the attested documents within 500 KB in pdf format. Here the applicant must remember that they have to collect an application form online from the portal. Then fill the form correctly with all the information and make a scanned PDF copy of it. Then upload the form. Also, the applicant has to upload some other necessary documents such as recommendation letter, income certificate, secondary admit card, last qualified exam mark sheet, self declaration, rank card, allotment letter of admission, bank pass book first page scan copy etc.
- Finally the applicant has to submit the final online application by clicking on the submit button.
