1. Student must have passed the 10th standard Because when he applies for this scholarship program he has to show this degree certificate i.e. previous class certificate.
2. He must be a resident of Bihar
3. Student’s institution must be registered on the PMS Online Portal
4. He should belong to BC, EBC, SC, or ST category and his category-related certificate should be approved by Bihar Government.
5. The student’s family must have an income certificate stating that the annual income of the family is less than 3 lakh rupees.
6. The bank account should be in the student’s own name. Joint bank account is not eligible.
7. Student must have his own aadhaar card
